Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your candles! If something isn’t right, we’re here to hel

Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Note: We cannot accept returns on used candles or final sale items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@caithnesscandlecompany.co.uk

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll make it right—either with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
